We are looking for an experienced, reliable, flexible and motivated Dental Front Desk / Insurance & Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This is a key role in our office โ€” the right candidate will help patients understand their treatment, maximize their insurance benefits, and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility accurately
  • Present and explain treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients
  • Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Manage patient scheduling efficiently and keep the schedule productive
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle patient billing questions professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:
