What is denim design?

Denim design is a specialized area within fashion design focused on creating and developing denim garments, such as jeans, jackets, and skirts. It involves selecting fabrics, determining washes and finishes, and crafting the fit and style of denim clothing. Denim designers must keep up with trends, understand textile technology, and often collaborate with manufacturers to achieve desired looks. The role combines creativity, technical knowledge, and an understanding of consumer preferences in the denim market.
