Job description

Premier Brands Group Holdings is actively seeking a Contemporary Junior Denim Designer to join our growing design organization supporting exciting brands across our portfolio.


We are looking for someone truly passionate about denim — washes, fits, details, construction, trend, and development — with strong moderate / mass market wholesale experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced product environment.


Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design and develop seasonal denim product from concept through development

• Research denim trends, washes, fits, fabrications, trims, and silhouette direction

• Create CADs, sketches, presentation boards, and tech packs

• Partner with merchandising and product development on assortment strategy

• Manage development communication with overseas vendors and factories

• Participate in fittings and communicate fit/design comments

• Maintain PLM data including BOMs, specs, and tech packs

• Support showroom setup, market appointments, and seasonal reviews


Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of denim design experience preferred

• Contemporary and/or moderate wholesale denim experience required

• Strong understanding of denim washes, construction, fit, and detail development

• PLM experience is an absolute must

• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills required

• Strong vendor communication and development skills
