Area Superintendent

Location: Intel Campus, Chandler, AZ
Shift: Day Shift (Contract)
Interviewing: Immediately

Overview

Seeking an experienced Area Superintendent to oversee two simultaneous mission-critical infrastructure projects on the Intel campus:

  • Small Data Center build inside CH2
  • Electrical Substation Upgrade (Stellar Project)

This individual will manage project execution, coordinate field operations, supervise a Field Engineer, and move frequently between multiple project sites across campus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily construction operations for both projects
  • Manage field personnel and Field Engineers
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
  • Ensure schedule, safety, and quality compliance
  • Oversee demolition and buildout of a new data center
  • Support substation modernization and electrical infrastructure improvements
  • Interface with project management and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • Superintendent experience on mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, utility, or data center projects
  • Electrical infrastructure experience strongly preferred
  • Substation upgrade experience highly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable walking large campuses and moving between job sites daily
