Job Summary
The Healthcare Renovation Technician is responsible for the demolition and renovation of all types of healthcare spaces, as well as the installation of new equipment. Such spaces include operation rooms, emergency rooms and ICU rooms. This position is full-time and requires extensive travel which is fully covered by the company.
Travel Requirements
This position is a 100% travel position. The position often requires travel and work on days, weekends and nights. Travel is fully covered by KR Wolfe which typically includes: Flights, hotel stays, rental cars, and per diem
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely and properly use power tools (drills, saws etc.), and hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, hand saw etc.)
  • Complete demolition and renovation duties by performing the following trades:
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Drywall
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Framing
  • Mechanical
  • Perform manual labor
  • Responsible for overseeing quality assurance
  • Identify hazardous materials
  • Organize building materials
  • Prepare daily construction reports
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Exhibit consistently dependable, reliable, punctual and trustworthy conduct
  • Any additional duties or tasks provided by management
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability
  • OSHA 10 Training Preferred
  • Must obtain basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
  • Must demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experienced with Demolition Preferred
  • Must have experience in one or more of the following trades:
