Job description-

We are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who want to learn and advance. Join our team and learn the skills required to safely and efficiently perform selective commercial demolition.

Typical Job Duties include-

  • Cleaning up/ hauling debris to dumpster
  • Loading dumpster
  • Demoing of walls (all kinds)
  • Removal of flooring (all kinds)
  • Removal of ceiling systems
  • Removal of furniture/equipment
  • Removal of MEP
  • Removal of concrete
  • Use of scissor lift
  • Use of scaffolding
  • Use of demo hammers
  • Use of Sawzall
  • Use of other misc. power tools
  • Use of hand tools
  • Reading blueprints
  • Precisely measuring
  • Working overhead.
  • Working on hands/knees
  • Working outside.
  • lifting/hauling heavy items

Job requirements include- If you can answer "NO" to the below Must Have's, Please do not apply. These are REQUIREMENTS to be hired.

  • Must be able to accommodate a Flexible Schedule. (some jobs will require night hours due to the nature of work and certain buildings rules.)
  • MUST have own vehicle and valid drivers license.
  • Must have Required PPE. (steel toe boots)
  • Must have working Cell Phone.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have Basic hand tools listed.
  • Hammer (Straight or Rip Claw at least 22 OZ)
  • Battery Powered drill

  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours.

Job abilities preferred but not required-

  • The ability to read blueprints.
