Job description

Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing team as a leader in the industrial demolition and environmental remediation space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and continuing to expand our footprint in the South Carolina Markets.

Primary responsibilities are that of a working supervisor

  • Ability to lead a small team as dictated by Project needs
  • Consistently enforces Company safework practices, policies and procedures
  • Able to complete daily JHA/STA
  • Ability to navigate Field Flow and review worker certifications
  • Ability to recognize what activities would require certification, ensure this work is only performed by qualified personnel (ex. scaffold, confined space, MEWP, new hire orientation)
  • Ability to be deemed competent person as defined by OSHA
  • Capable of running small projects under the direct oversight of a Project Manager or other senior personnel
  • Ability to recognize what tools are required for the task, put a req list together a Project
  • Complete Daily Time Cards
  • OSHA 30 Certification Required
  • CPR Training
