Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as a technical expert in building demolition, taking ownership of complex projects while operating high-performance machinery. This role provides the autonomy to execute strategic waste management and site clears for a company that prioritizes family-first culture and professional integrity.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute precision demolition of structures using 200 and 300 series excavators to meet project specifications.

  • Coordinate with operations leadership to plan and implement site-specific demolition strategies and timelines.

  • Perform rigorous daily equipment inspections to ensure the mechanical integrity and longevity of company assets.

  • Manage onsite waste stream separation to optimize recycling efforts and maintain cost-effective disposal rates.
