What is a demolition bid?

A demolition bid is a formal proposal submitted by a contractor outlining the estimated costs, timeline, and scope of work required to demolish a structure or part of a structure. The bid usually includes details such as labor, equipment, debris removal, permits, and any specific safety measures.
