About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to join our growing Supply Chain team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the company's demand planning strategy using advanced planning tools and cross-functional collaboration. The Manager will build and refine forecasting processes, drive consensus across teams, and champion initiatives that improve inventory management and sales performance. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a broader supply chain transformation and influence operational success.
