Pariveda is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Market Engagement team in the Corporate Services office in Dallas. This is a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving role. You Can Expect To

As a member of the Market Engagement team, you will lead Parivedaโ€™s digital strategy across web, email, SEO/SEM, and demand generation, while serving as the primary technical lead for WordPress and HubSpot to turn approved marketing assets into high-performing digital experiences that drive pipeline.

  • Build and own the integrated digital marketing strategy and roadmap across web, email, SEO/SEM, and demand generation in alignment with business, revenue, and go-to-market priorities.

  • Define and optimize lead generation forms, nurture programs, and demand generation KPIs to improve funnel health and performance.

  • Oversee digital budgets across email, web, and SEO/SEM, shifting investment toward the highest-performing channels.

  • Translate campaign priorities and approved assets into on-brand digital executions across email, website, landing pages, and other owned channels.

  • Activate ABM account lists across digital channels and feed performance insights back to Program Marketing.

  • Own and operate Parivedaโ€™s website as a strategic digital product, including backlog management, publishing standards, WordPress governance, UX improvements, and enablement for internal users.

  • Lead ongoing conversion rate optimization across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email journeys through testing, experimentation, and user behavior analysis.

  • Build and deploy email campaigns, nurture flows, and automated programs in HubSpot, while overseeing lead scoring, lifecycle logic, routing, and key integrations.

  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to align MQL/SQL definitions, scoring, and handoff rules.

  • Own Martech evaluation, licensing, governance, and campaign taxonomy, and develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that improve conversion, engagement, and efficiency.

We Look For
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with ownership of web, email, and SEO/SEM execution in a B2B or professional services environment.

  • Strong handsโ€‘on experience with WordPress and HubSpot, including website publishing, campaign execution, nurture programs, and lifecycle management.

  • Experience with ABM, CRO, reporting and dashboarding, and martech governance.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fastโ€‘paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with crossโ€‘functional partners.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience.

  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
