Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning and executing full-funnel demand generation programs that drive net new pipeline for Lineos. This role spans paid, owned, and earned channels and requires a strong performance marketing mindset paired with hands-on execution skills. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in B2B demand generation, is comfortable working across the core demand gen stack, and can translate campaign performance into actionable insights. This is an individual contributor role that works closely with Marketing Operations, BDR, Sales, and Content teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, and virtual and in-person events.

  • Manage campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization across channels to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Support the development of campaign briefs and collaborate with content, product marketing, and design to produce demand-generating assets aligned to target buyer personas.

  • Maintain a structured feedback loop with BDR and Sales teams on lead quality, follow-up cadences, and conversion performance.

  • Build and maintain campaign performance reporting covering MQL volume, pipeline sourced, channel ROI, and cost per lead.

  • Support the evaluation and testing of new channels and tactics relevant to the B2B finance and technology market.


Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B demand generation experience with exposure to pipeline metrics and multi-channel campaign execution.

  • Working proficiency across the core demand gen stack: paid search, paid social, marketing automation, and Salesforce.

  • Experience using web analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.

  • Foundational understanding of B2B buyer journeys and intent-based marketing concepts.

  • Ability to write performance-oriented copy and provide creative direction to design and content teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ops, and content teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to finance, accounting, or operations decision-makers in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Background in SaaS or B2B enterprise software marketing.

  • Exposure to BDR-aligned lead follow-up programs and sales development workflows.


Salary Range

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 65,000.00 to 81,000.00 USD Annual. For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply. Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
