Job description

Demand Generation, Senior Marketing Manager

FundGuard is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation Marketing to own and execute global programs that drive pipeline growth.

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role is responsible for translating marketing strategy into integrated demand generation programs spanning digital, ABM and lifecycle marketing. The successful candidate will operate with high autonomy, owning execution end to end while partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced demand marketer ready to step into broader ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute FundGuard's global demand generation strategy aligned to revenue goals
  • Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email nurture, ABM, website and 3rd party channels
  • Translate pipeline targets into actionable quarterly campaign plans that drive top of funnel engagement while accelerating middle and bottom of funnel opportunities.
  • Drive sales origination and pipeline growth across asset owners, asset managers and asset servicers predominantly in the U.S., Canada and U.K.
  • Build and manage campaigns directly within marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Partner with Sales team on account targeting and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to activate personas, positioning and campaign messaging
  • Manage lead lifecycle programs including scoring, routing and nurture
  • Track performance across lifecycle stages and continuously optimize conversion
  • Support regional content marketing and event programs through digital amplification
  • Help manage external agencies and vendors supporting paid media and SEO/AEO/GEO
Requirements
  • 7-9+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing
  • Must have background in B2B SaaS, fintech or financial services; fintech or financial services strongly preferred
  • Proven ownership of pipeline-driven marketing programs
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset
  • Hands-on experience with AI, marketing automation and CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-scaling environment

Salary Range:

Min. $130,000USD - Max. $160,000USD

The salary range for this role is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
