We are hiring an organizational expert with a love of games and entertainment, who can bring operational excellence to the ongoing brand awareness and demand gen development of Xbox Game Pass digital services, for our client Xbox.

Our Marketing Project Manager will manage integrated marketing campaigns from inception to execution, align creative briefs, oversee campaign development and execution, drive final asset production, while partnering closely with agencies, integrated marketing stakeholders, including PR and Social teams. Ideal candidates will have experience managing integrated consumer marketing campaigns, familiarity with customer acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts, and demonstrated ability to maintain brand standards across a large volume of campaign assets.

A key aspect of this role includes partnering with a team of seasoned marketing experts and requires strong communication and collaboration skills and proficiency working across a large and highly complex organization with numerous stakeholders. A genuine and positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, personal ownership, ability to align partnerships and collaborations, and proven experience partnering with teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management of integrated marketing campaigns and deliverables in concert with a variety of internal and external partners.
  • Project management of cross-team communications to track progress on key milestones and accountabilities to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of campaigns.
  • Development of workbacks, processes, and procedures to enable seamless and coordinated execution of campaigns across teams and channels.
  • Draft campaign briefs that clearly articulate strategy, vision, and direction.
  • Participate in creative lead activities, to ensure creative development aligns with overall campaign strategy and direction.
  • Development of campaign toolkits that provide messaging and creative guidance.
  • Actively monitoring campaign performance and proactively addressing areas for improvement and standardization of the go-to-market approach.
  • Integrate with key business stakeholders to ensure campaigns land in the organization and are executed appropriately.
  • Present as needed to business teams, internal partners, and others to expose new key learnings and recommendations.
  • Provide weekly metrics of success on business and highlight key issues as appropriate.
  • Work continuously to improve the overall marketing collateral library.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of integrated marketing, advertising, brand, and campaign development experience, with or for an agency or in-house team, preferably in gaming, or entertainment industries.
  • Successful track record of developing integrated campaigns for console gaming services or a similar consumer entertainment product.
  • Proven foundation in project management including the ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build, track, and execute programs from start to finish independently under rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to effortlessly manage content lifecycle in a deeply collaborative setting.
  • Forward thinker who can manage current executions, while planning 4-6 months out for future campaigns.
  • Critical time management skills for all owned tasks including project management of timelines/deliverables for others.
  • A strong drive for results, with a proven track record, often delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining great attention to detail, internal quality control, and best-in-class creative outcomes.
  • In depth understanding how content scales effectively across digital channels.
  • Editorial abilities (PowerPoint) when outlining new processes, summarizing campaign results, presenting to varied audiences with a focused attention to detail (editing, QA, copy).
  • Familiarity with B2C subscription and service-based lifecycle marketing funnel.
