This is an excellent Opportunity to join NBBJ as a Talent Acquisition Partner - Architecture/Interior Design opportunity.
The individual that we seek must be strategic at every level and must dig in to understand the business priorities and translate them into action that has direct impact to the firm. The Talent Acquisition Partner is tenacious, flexible, able to think on their feet, and possesses a strong background in sourcing, both in local and remote markets, able to build comprehensive recruiting strategies, seeks areas for process improvement, and loves building connections with candidates through the full life cycle of the recruiting and onboarding process. This individual is someone who loves to roll their sleeves as a key part of the HR team and to be a trusted partner to their internal hiring teams.
Your New Role:
  • Support full cycle Talent Acquisition and source top Architectural, Design, and Operational talent using sourcing mediums such as LinkedIn, design groups/publications, or other preferred tools.
  • Partner with Hiring Teams to determine recruiting strategy and milestones to find top talent.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Leadership for strategy for key hiring initiatives. This includes running strategy meetings, status reports, and guidance through the comprehensive recruiting process.
  • Support recruiting strategies for East Coast hires (Boston, New York, Columbus).
  • Occasionally support hiring efforts in London as needed with job descriptions or sourcing strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing Team to help build our NBBJ external brand. This includes social media campaigns, monitoring ratings on sites such as Glassdoor, updates to our career website, and opportunities to connect within the industry.
  • Set weekly or bi-monthly meetings with hiring teams, as needed, for candidate tracking updates and recruiting strategy discussions.
  • Create best practice efficiencies in the recruiting process for clarity and ease of use for HR Team members as well as Hiring Teams.
  • Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to provide monthly metrics to Firm Leadership Team to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and candidate experience.
  • Support studios with compensation conversations, including salary strategy for candidate hires, in partnership with our Benefits and Compensation Manager
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Additional Accomplishments and Skills that will make you Successful:
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, A/E/C industry highly preferred.
  • Must have 5 years' experience in full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing candidates outside of your local location.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite required, Jobvite and Deltek Vision highly desirable.

The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $107,000-$125,000.
