Job Description

Quantech has an immediate opening for a Data Business Analyst supporting the AFNWC PEO located at Hanscom AFB, MA. This role focuses on leveraging business intelligence and predictive analytics to drive data-driven solutions for program and acquisition management. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • The Candidate shall utilize business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitate the implementation of enterprise tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, PMRT, and Power BI.
  • The Candidate shall administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques using Microsoft Excel alongside modern visualization platforms.
  • The Candidate shall apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • The Candidate shall create and maintain data models and report templates while developing dynamic solutions using data engineering tools like Databricks or low-code/no-code applications (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse).
  • The Candidate shall recommend and implement key performance measures, including efficiency tracking and other statistical metrics.
  • The Candidate shall provide customers with detailed, actionable reports documenting findings from data analysis to support program, financial, and acquisition management activities.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • SECRET Clearance required (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience: * 3+ years in data visualization, data management, governance, strategy, or data engineering.
    • 2+ years of experience designing and maintaining analytics platforms using Tableau and Power BI.
    • 2+ years of experience in client engagement, requirement identification, and solution implementation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; Master’s degree in an analytical field is a plus.
  • The Candidate must demonstrate experience querying data to solve complex problems and communicating key insights through visualization.
  • The Candidate must be able to learn quickly and adapt to changing organizational processes and data environments.
  • Technical "Nice to Haves": Experience with SQL, Microsoft Power Query, and app development within the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse).

Salary Information: Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as business and market considerations. Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000
