This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers. Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances. Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Delphi. CSE will reside at customer facility. Expedite non-confirming material back to Delphi same day.
Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS). Provide technical support and system understanding. Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.
Where required, coordinate additional containment. Be an integral part of the response teams. Write a weekly trip report.
Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates. Provide/coordinate special event activity. Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.
