Job Overview
One of our TOP banking clients is seeking an experienced Clarity Developer to support the migration from Planview to the latest version of Clarity PPM. This high-visibility initiative will involve standing up Clarity from the ground up, integrating it with enterprise systems, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy tools. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to configure, optimize, and maintain the Clarity platform to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration efforts as the organization transitions from Planview to Clarity PPM.
  • Configure and customize Clarity modules (Project Management, Resource Management, Financials, etc.) in the latest version.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and web services (SOAP/REST) to integrate Clarity with systems such as SAP, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Automate processes using Clarity workflows and job scheduling tools; ensure optimized performance and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Clarity platform, proactively identifying performance or configuration gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.
  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and best practices.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience configuring and developing within Clarity PPM
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems integrations (SAP, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Experience developing and maintaining APIs (SOAP/REST)
  • Implement process automation using Clarity workflows and job scheduling and performance optimization of queries and reports ensuring data integrity.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution within the Clarity PPM platform.
  • Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Work with PMOs, Business Analysts, and IT teams to align Clarity PPM solutions with business needs.
  • Document technical solutions, system configurations, and best practices.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and stakeholders.
