Job description

Software Development Lifecycle Specialist

Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. 3-5 years of experience.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration of the PPM platform to ensure it meets the needs of the users and is current on available features and functionality.
  • Responsible for working to develop, design and own technical solutions within the on premise version of CA Broadcom’s Clarity PPM tool.
  • Provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions and integration designs.
  • Develop new and optimize existing reports within Jaspersoft (Clarity’s Advanced Reporting).

Required Qualifications

  • SQL and PL/SQL experience, including but not limited to design and creating packages, stored procedures, views, indexes and all relevant database objects.
  • C# web application and API development.
  • Clarity PPM specific technical areas: GEL scripting, APIs, NSQL, XOG, Processes, UI, Portlets, Jobs, and Partitions.
  • Report development using JasperSoft and/or Tableau.
