Senior Consultant - Azure Local & Dell AX Infrastructure

Location: Norfolk, VA (Onsite Required)
Duration: 11+ Months
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance Required

Position Overview

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Local lifecycle management and Dell AX platforms. This role will lead lifecycle planning, platform upgrades, interoperability validation, supportability assessments, and cross-vendor coordination across Dell infrastructure and Microsoft Azure Local environments.

The ideal candidate will combine infrastructure engineering expertise, lifecycle management experience, documentation discipline, and the ability to work directly with Dell, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to maintain a secure, supported, and future-ready environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Local lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of Dell AX systems supporting Microsoft Azure Local
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Local architecture, releases, and roadmap
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and upgrade runbooks
  • Experience developing and managing platform support matrices
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Dell integrated systems and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI)
