  • In-depth troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of Dell PowerEdge servers, specifically in HPC environments. Intimate knowledge of networking infrastructure, specifically in datacenter environments
  • Strong knowledge working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and strong understanding of Dell and vendor diagnostic utilities and their applications
  • Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capability and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and Dell Engineering

Desirable Requirements: 

  • Technical support experience with industry certifications such as A+, Security+, MCITP/MCSE, VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $137,520.00 - $189,090.00.
