Job description

Senior Consultant, Product Management - ISG Lab Services and Operations

Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Consultant, Product Management - on our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Lab Services and Operations Team in Round Rock, Texas or Hopkinton, Massachusetts.

What you'll achieve

ISG Lab Services and Operations is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to help establish its Product Management function. This organization delivers Network, Security, Data, and Lab Services to the ISG Engineering organization.

As a Lab Services and Operations Product Manager, you will be responsible for endtoend definition, prioritization, and evolution of lab services as products-ensuring lab capabilities (infrastructure, hosting, access, data, automation, security, logistics) are aligned to ISG engineering needs, delivered with clarity and predictability, and continuously improved for scale, efficiency, and developer productivity.

You Will:

  • Help define and build the Product Management function within ISG Lab Services and Operations, including frameworks, processes, and tools
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to develop and maintain service capabilities, roadmaps, and performance metrics
  • Own the full lifecycle and scope of services - from ideation and development to launch, adoption, and retirement - and champion continuous improvement of the user experience
  • Drive prioritization and investment decisions based on stakeholder assessments, business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
  • Curate and manage service backlogs, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with strategic goals, as well as value propositions, SLAs, onboarding materials, and service catalogs

Take the first step towards your dream career

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in internal services, enterprise product development or enterprise IT environments
  • Solid foundational knowledge of Cybersecurity, Networking, and Data Architectures
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in engineering, infrastructure, and operations
