Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated Executive Protection Sr. Advisor to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Austin, TX.  This person will be a key member of the Protective Intelligence and Operations team (PIO) within Dell's Security & Resiliency Organization.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    Responsible for protection of senior leaders, property and personal assets in a global setting.
    Must be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently.  
    Support the PIO's Executive Protection Program by helping to safely support our senior executives in a highly competent but not highly visible manner.  
    Develop and test contingency plans related to protective operations.
    Responds to emergency situations, investigates threats and track threat metrics.
    This position reports to Dell's Senior Director of Protective Intelligence and Operations and is a key leader within the Physical Security Team. 
    Assists with event security planning.

Key Characteristics:

    Advanced knowledge of executive security in a corporate environment.
    The ability to operate in a fast paced, ever-changing and dynamic environment.  
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    The ability to closely work with internal and external partners to achieve mission goals.


Qualifications:
     12+ years of experience in the Protective Operations field.
    A current US passport and the ability to travel internationally. 
    The ability to be licensed in the State of Texas as a level 4 personal protection officer and as a medical first responder. 
    Pass a background check.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The base salary range for this position:  $120,000 to $155,000
