Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an ERP Information Systems Manager with strong expertise in integrations, specifically EDI and API-based architectures. This role focuses on enabling seamless data exchange across supply chain, procurement, logistics, and partner ecosystems, ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient system connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Integration & Architecture

    • Own and support ERP integrations using EDI and API frameworks.
    • Design, implement, and maintain EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810).
    • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs for internal and external system integrations.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement & Data Integrity

    • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams to enable system connectivity with suppliers, customers, and 3PLs.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability across systems.
    • Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate resolutions with partners and vendors.
  • Projects & Documentation

    • Participate in ERP projects, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Document integration architecture and provide training to users and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP systems and integrations.
  • Hands on with ERP platforms Oracle Fusion and OIC specifically.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI standards and tools (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
  • Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms (Orderful, MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi, etc.).
  • Background in supply chain or logistics environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

Base salary range is $135,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
