Building positive relationships with dispatchers and customers can also help resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth operations. Keeping communication clear and maintaining flexibility is key to overcoming these challenges and ensuring consistent performance in the role.

How do I become a self-employed courier?

To become a self-employed courier, you typically need to register as a sole proprietor or establish a business entity, obtain any required licenses or permits, and acquire a reliable vehicle and delivery tools such as a smartphone or GPS.
