Currently, we are partnering with a leading company in the high-voltage electrical engineering sector to recruit a Site Manager for major energy infrastructure projects based in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all construction activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, client representatives, engineering teams, and project stakeholders. Oversee daily site operations, progress tracking, resource planning, materials, permits, inspections, and construction documentation.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures. Lead site meetings, report progress to senior management, and proactively identify and resolve site issues. Support project delivery across high-voltage electrical infrastructure, including substations, utilities, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects.

Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role within electrical infrastructure, energy, utilities, or high-voltage projects. Strong understanding of construction delivery, subcontractor coordination, safety management, quality control, and site reporting. Experience with substations, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, or complex electrical engineering projects is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Must be authorised to work in the United States. What's on Offer Competitive salary/package depending on experience.
