Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience required
  • Exposure to technology projects and project management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • MS Project experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
  • Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Clarity PPM & Power BI understanding preferred
  • Understanding of project management industry standard framework and the development life cycle
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with customers and co-workers (written, verbal, and presentation)

What will you be doing?

The Associate Delivery Operations Analyst supports the delivery teams by assisting in the coordination and monitoring of project staffing and delivery operations. This role plays a key part in identifying potential risks, supporting communication with customers and internal teams, and ensuring alignment with delivery best practices. Reporting to Practice Manager, the Associate Operations Analyst is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused delivery organization.

Responsabilities:

  • Assist in tracking and documenting project risks and delivery issues under the guidance of senior analysts.
  • Support project initiation activities for assigned projects, including financial validation and document migration.
  • Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure alignment on project scope and objectives.
  • Provide timely updates on project staffing status to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal and customer-facing meetings and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Aid in documenting risks, assumptions, and proposed mitigations for delivery challenges.
  • Support basic SmartSheets data entry and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with WWT's Delivery Methodology and operational processes.
  • Engage with internal teams across different time zones to support cross-regional collaboration.
  • Contribute ideas for improving operational workflows and delivery performance and familiar with leveraging AI to support some of these enhancements.
  • Develop financial and project reporting for various leadership stakeholders.
  • Learn and understand documentation requirements across small-scale projects.
