Job Description:

Earthling Deliveries is looking to hire new full-time and part-time Delivery Associates immediately to deliver packages in the growing and greater Forney area.

If you are energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented, come join the earthling team!

  • Don’t know what to expect? Don’t Worry - We ramp new Delivery Associates gradually!

You will drive our Company vans and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the Forney area. Starting from the Amazon station in Forney, you will load packages and follow a pre-planned delivery route. Together, we will deliver thousands of smiles every day!

Details:

  • Drivers make a minimum of $21.25 per hour. Every driver has bonus potential based on driver and overall team performance. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours per week.

  • Full time drivers can anticipate 34 to 40 hours a week.

  • Earthling Deliveries delivers 7 days a week which means drivers rotate weekend shifts. Must be able to work weekends as needed.

  • Routes are designed to be completed in 10 hours; therefore, most drivers are scheduled for rolling 4 day shifts (4 days on and 4 days off). Drivers who finish their routes before the end of their scheduled shift may be eligible to receive a daily bonus, equivalent to having their hours rounded up to 9hrs for the day. Bonus policies will evolve with the Company and are subject to change.

  • Among all companies that deliver from the Forney Amazon station, we will have a start time of 10:05am and routes are planned to be finished in 10hrs each day.

  • Delivery Associates will have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts to cover team members during illness or emergencies and based on business needs.

  • Benefits – Full-time Delivery Associates who regularly work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for health benefits (medical, dental and vision).

  • Paid every two weeks (biweekly)

  • Opportunity for performance and incentive bonuses. Currently, additional bonus pay is available based on team/Company performance ratings. Again, bonus programs are subject to change and will evolve with the Company as we determine what best serves our employees and business needs.

  • A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

  • Paid time off (PTO) begins accruing immediately at start of employment

A Typical day as an Earthling:

  • Stay in contact – our central dispatch is on this planet and always available to assist you throughout your day!

  • Help your teammates - Earthlings work together to make sure all our packages are delivered – it’s the Earthling way!

  • Once all packages have been delivered, return to the delivery station to wrap up and prepare our vans for the next day’s deliveries.
