Job description

DeLallo is seeking a Sales Analyst/Support Specialist to join our growing sales support team. This position requires a strong analytical skillset with prior experience in a data analysis role.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: 100% on site

Job Functions:

  • Build reports using syndicated data that provides insights to management and sales team pertaining to DeLallo performance and growth as well as competitor performance and overall trends across a variety of grocery segments
  • Provide quarterly and monthly sales data reports to management and sales team and communicate findings
  • Assist with development of Customer Management System to track promotions and promotional performance and effectiveness to inform and shape future promotional plans
  • Utilize syndicated data to build category review slides and/or full presentations to be used by sales team in category review presentations
  • Utilize syndicated data to build promotional materials for new and existing DeLallo grocery items to enhance sales presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Statistics/Mathematics or other related degree with strong quantitative emphasis
  • 2+ years of work experience in a Marketing/Business Analyst/Data Science role
  • Experience with MS Excel, Access and other BI tools, including Cognos and Microsoft BI is preferred
  • Solving complex business problems and providing insights with the supporting data analytics
  • Communication skillset: visual, verbal and written
