They are seeking a Program Manager I to oversee the planning, direction, and success of major programs and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with agency needs and managing resources effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives.
• Responsible for overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans.
• Formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach.
• Defining and negotiating with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources.
• Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's in any technical or managerial discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program/project management.
• Must possess an active SECRET security clearance
