Maternal-Fetal Medicine opening in Oregon - Located in Portland, OR - Full-time, Permanent Position - Seeking BE/BCFacility is seeking a BC/BE MFM Physician to join a clinician-owned group practice and the largest women's health care organization in Oregon. At this facility, we offer obstetrics, gynecology, perinatology, midwifery and genetics from multiple clinical locations throughout the Portland metro area. Our clinicians are supported by in-house IT, CLIA certified lab, billing, financial counseling, risk management, compliance, human resources and marketing specialists. Clinicians have the opportunity to pursue interests outside of clinical care in areas such as leadership, quality improvement, practice transformation, HIM, DEI, and other strategic initiatives. We are seeking one outstanding BC/BE MFM physician to join our current group starting in 2024.Current staffing includes: - 5 MFM physicians - 3 genetic counselors - 16 sonographers performing 20,000+ ultrasounds annuallyPosition Highlights: - Working with an amazing group of dedicated partners and staff with a shared vision of excellence in clinical care - Having work-life balance with a 4-day work week - Projected 1 in 6-night home call frequency, covering 2 hospitals with integrated OB hospitalist inpatient coverage - Ability to maintain delivery privileges by performing scheduled deliveries, with the option to perform unscheduled deliveries - Providing care to a diverse population of patients in a unique private practice setting that is nationally recognized for clinical efficiency and process optimization - Practicing within the global structure of health system with its provider-guided, administrative support infrastructure including contracting, HR, IT support, billing - Regular consensus clinical standardization meetings - Clinical and operational collaboration with referring providers, subspecialists, hospital administration, and industry partners - Perinatal and ultrasound educational lecture and publication series - Supplemental clinical project financial support - Opportunity to become a physician owner after 3 years of employment.Benefit Details:Facility offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/Rx/vision/dental, paid time off and holidays, employer-paid life and long term disability insurance, a generous 401(k) contribution, CME, malpractice coverage and much more!About the area:Portland, OR is a fast growing, mid-size metropolitan city with something for every taste.
