Position Overview
D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time Regional Manager (RM) at Fort Knox, KY, supporting the USARC DEERS / ID Card Office requirement. The RM serves as the contractor's regional management lead, supports daily contract operations, acts for the Program Manager when absent, interfaces with the Government, and performs Common Access Card Mobile Assistance (CACMA) duties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Manager in overseeing daily DEERS/RAPIDS support operations.
  • Serve as the acting Program Manager when the primary Program Manager is unavailable.
  • Assist with staffing oversight, employee coordination, and maintaining operational coverage.
  • Maintain communication between D2GS leadership, government representatives, and site personnel.
  • Support employee onboarding, training tracking, and certification readiness.
  • Review site performance, customer service concerns, and corrective action requirements.
  • Assist with report preparation, meeting coordination, quality reviews, and field support activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant program management experience.
  • At least 3 years of operational experience supporting ID card issuance, CAC, DEERS, RAPIDS, access control, or similar DoD administrative functions.
  • Experience supporting or training personnel on identification issuance systems or DoD IT systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to support geographically dispersed teams and maintain consistent service coverage.

  • Security Clearance: Tier III / Secret (must be obtained prior to start)
  • U.S. Citizenship: Required
  • English Proficiency: Required
  • Technical Experience: DEERS, RAPIDS, DMDC systems, DoD information systems, government reporting systems
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Required
