What You'll Do
As a 3rd Party Collections Specialist, you will manage and recover outstanding debts on behalf of client organizations, using your communication and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
โ€ข Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts on behalf of clients
โ€ข Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances
โ€ข Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally
โ€ข Investigating and resolving account disputes
โ€ข Analyze account histories to determine appropriate collection strategies
โ€ข Maintain accurate and compliant account documentation
