This leadership role is responsible for overseeing faculty performance, curriculum quality, compliance, and academic outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong communication and organizational skills who is passionate about education, faculty development, and helping students achieve their career goals.
