Job description

Thor Motor Coach, the leading manufacturing motorhome manufacturer in North America, is seeking a Parts Representative to join our team in Wakarusa. This position identifies early alert customers that may be in a service center or dealership too long.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly respond to phone calls and emails regarding orders, quotes, and parts issues
  • Accurately and efficiently research and process parts sales orders and requests for quotations for all customers. This includes processing unlisted parts requests within 24 hours of receipt
  • Update customers on changes in status of their orders or requests for quotes
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Agents on expedited orders, status updates, and or cancellations of orders and purchase orders
  • Coordinate with Customer Service Specialist to facilitate the expediting of items to dealers with elevated warranty status
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Sense of urgency
  • Ability to problem solve and think independently
  • Technical ability a plus
  • Knowledge of parts procurement process
