Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
  • Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Prepare and submit daily deposits
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Titling & Administrative Duties
  • Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with state and dealership requirements
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records
  • Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
  • Support the accounting office with various administrative tasks
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Service departments
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations
  • Provide professional customer service when interacting with customers and vendors
Qualifications
  • Previous office, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with accounts receivable, titling, or bookkeeping is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
