Internet Sales/Business Development Associate - Huntington, WV

Well established local dealership is currently looking for a full-time Internet Sales/BDC Associate to join our team. We are seeking motorcycle enthusiasts who are:

  • Honest

Candidates must be willing to provide the highest level of customer service in helping others become a part of the dealership team.

BDC experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right people and provide all the tools you need to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact Internet Customers via phone, text message and email to schedule a sales appointment.
  • Maintain BDC metrics, updated logs and customer notes
  • Follow-up on lead generation and qualification.
  • Complete follow-up calls, text, and emails to customers.
  • Utilize computer & phone skills to increase appointments, customer retention and set appointments with call-ins, referrals and leads.
  • Convert confirmed appointments to shown appointments.
