Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to improve performance and customer service.
  • Monitor sales activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dealership profitability.
  • Assist sales staff in closing vehicle sales and resolving customer concerns.
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the buying process.

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive sales.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
