Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inventory Management: Accurately track, monitor, and organize all vehicles on the lot.
  • Digital Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date digital records using dealership management software.
  • Lot Organization: Arrange vehicles for optimal presentation and accessibility.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular patrols to verify vehicle locations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Material Distribution: Distribute supplies and materials to support dealership operations.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the lot is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including weather-related tasks.
  • Vehicle Detailing: Oversee vehicle cleaning and detailing to maintain showroom standards.
