Job description:

Position Summary Responsible for dealer swaps, intercompany vehicle transactions, registrations, inventory administration, and vehicle documentation management. Ensures accurate processing of titles, vehicle records, inventory updates, and dealership compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Swaps & Intercompany

Bill dealer swap and intercompany vehicles.

Prepare MSOs and supporting documentation.

Stock in intercompany vehicles and assign titles.

Coordinate vehicle transfers between locations.

Registration & Title Support

Prepare tax and title documentation for abatements.

Process registration and title-related paperwork.

Maintain compliance with state and dealership requirements.

Inventory Administration

Coordinate purchased vehicles with auctions.

Process off-street purchase documentation

Update sales logs and vehicle status records.

Manage transport schedules and vehicle movements.

Track used vehicle keys and maintain vehicle files.

Audit vehicle repair order charges.

Acquire used vehicles purchases online

Maintain organized documentation for used vehicle inventory.
