REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - HOME IMPROVEMENTS
BASE SALARY ($90K-$95K) + PERFORMANCE BASED BONUSES (UP TO $150K + YEARLY)
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITH IN THE REGION UP 25 WEEKS PER YEAR
Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market is currently seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the Branch Operations in our PACIFIC NORTHWEST Region. This position would oversee branch locations in SEATTLE & PORTLAND. This position would require a candidate that is open to Regional specific travel. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company who designs, manufactures, sells and installs the Patio Enclosures™ sunroom products.
Responsibilities
• Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
• Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.
• Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
• Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
• Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
• Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
• Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.
• Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
• Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
• Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
• Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
• P&L responsibility preferred.
• Experienced in team building and management preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Must be process oriented.
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
• Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.
