Job description

Cascadia Collection is looking for a sharp, organized, personable Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

We’re not a typical car dealership.

On any given day, you might be working around Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, collector cars, and other specialty vehicles while helping with the administrative side of the business. We also host automotive events, private events, car meets, and other gatherings at our large facility.

We’re looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, but also enjoys working in a fast-moving, fun environment and wants an opportunity to grow with the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Assist with bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • Organize receipts, invoices, expenses, and vendor statements
  • Track payments, deposits, receivables, and outstanding balances
  • Maintain organized deal files and dealership records
  • Assist with titles, registrations, payoffs, and lien releases
  • Prepare, scan, send, and organize dealership documents
  • Coordinate paperwork with customers, banks, vendors, and transport companies
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Help keep our office and administrative systems organized
  • Assist with dealership software and data entry
  • Help with event coordination and preparation when needed
  • Support management with day-to-day projects and dealership operations

Bookkeeping, accounting support, office administration, or dealership experience is helpful, but we’re more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and ability to learn.

Experience with QuickBooks, DealerCenter, titles, accounting, or reconciliations is a plus.
