The General Manager will be responsible for customer retention and profitability with a key focus on the variable side, which includes New and Used vehicle sales, Finance and Internet sales. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years’ Automotive General Manager Experience.

Responsibilities 

  • Plans and implements successful dealership operations
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards
  • Assesses the operations of all dealership departments
  • Works with department managers to improve operations, performance, and profitability
  • Supervises department managers
  • Oversee training and supervision of all dealership employees
  • Oversee hiring and discipline decisions
  • Oversees pricing and inventory
  • Maintains good working relationship with manufacturers and lending institutions
