Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • High school diploma is required
  • College experience in accounting is highly desirable

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Assign incoming in-state and out-of-state titles to the appropriate store.
• Apply for dealer titles.
• Log and file incoming titles in the appropriate location or with the corresponding deal jacket.
• Ensure all incoming titles comply with applicable title regulations and documentation requirements.
• Open, sort, and log all incoming mail.
• Mail title work to the appropriate recipient.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Follow scheduled work hours as directed by your manager.
