What You'll Do
Engage customers in person, by phone, and through digital leads
Identify customer needs and match them with new or pre-owned vehicles
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Negotiate pricing, trade values, and deal structures with management
Close vehicle sales and manage the process through delivery
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Stay current on vehicle features, incentives, and market trends
What We're Looking For
Self-motivated individuals comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
