Job description

Yamaha Motor Finance has an exciting opportunity for a Dealer Support Administrator that will work under the direct supervision of the Dealer DevelopmentManager, as a key member of the Financial Services Sales organization andassist with new dealer setups,resolve dealer's questions/issues, and ensure that dealer-related operational processes are running
smoothly, resulting in strengthening dealer relationships. This role requires working closely with the
Dealer Development Manager, Yamaha Field Sales staff, Dealer Service Center staff, Wholesale setup
team, Marketing team, and third-party servicing partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Administration of new dealer setups. Send out dealer enrollment requests, update enrollment
    progress on tracker, notify Manager of signatures required, request dealer info from
    Wholesale setup team, work with MDM ISD team and Business System teams to activate
    dealers. Notifies Dealer Development Manager and FPSMs of completed activations and
    training required.
  • Assist with bank change requests and resolve ACH/NOC issue from accounting. Research
    returned debits and work with dealers, accounting, and servicing team to resolve.
    Coordination of bank information set up for newly activated dealers.
  • Support internal departments by researching dealer transactions, processing
    corrections/issues, and work with dealers and adjacent departments to update system records
    and resolve issues. Follow-up with dealers and/or FPSMs to communicate issue resolution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service via email
    and phone calls to dealer customers through situations that arise from FPSM and DSC
    requests.
  • Update and edit dealer information for new dealer setup and existing dealers on Zoho
    application.
  • Responsible for ordering and shipment of Welcome Kits and Yamaha Card disclosures to
    dealers.
    Assist with new dealer training and orientation as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

What You'll Need:

  • Associates' degree required. Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or
    Accounting or Communications preferred, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 1-2 years prior relevant industry experience in field sale support, dealer development, call center, or retaildealership experience in motorsports, automotive or similar industry and/or combination of education &experience.Knowledge of the motorsports industry and motorsports dealer operations strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) highly desired.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as necessary.
