As a dealer support associate (DSA) you will have the opportunity to use your clear communication style and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long lasting trusting relationships with our dealership partners. You will play a crucial role in building/maintaining the Excela Protect brand into one that evokes a feeling of deep satisfaction and brand loyalty through delivery of consistent world class service.
