Job Summary:

The Account Relations Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, strengthening client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting operational teams.  This role plays a critical part in client retention, service optimization, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
   Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
   Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
   Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
   Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
   Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagement and account growth.
   Track client issues, oversee resolution efforts, and ensure timely communication.
   Prepare reports, business reviews, and presentations for clients and leadership.
   Support client success initiatives and contribute to overall account retention efforts.

Qualifications:
   3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, customer success, or a related field.
   Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
   Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
   Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism and customer focus.
   Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
   Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar systems preferred.
   Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
