Job description

Autos of Chicago is a high-volume dealership with over 500 vehicles in inventory, located  in Arlington Heights. We offer a wide range of vehicles from economy to luxury and are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities

  • Structure and secure financing for retail automotive deals
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, etc.)
  • Work with multiple banks and lenders to secure approvals
  • Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and compliant
  • Maintain strong lender relationships
  • Achieve backend product penetration targets
  • Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards
  • Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals quickly and efficiently
Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years Automotive F&I experience required

  • Strong knowledge of lender programs and deal structuring
  • Proven track record with product penetration and profitability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and compliance focused
