Service Manager โ€“ High-Volume Toyota Dealership (Chicago Metro)
We are hiring an experiencedย Service Managerย to lead a fast-paced, high-volume Toyota dealership in the Chicago metro area. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for a proven leader who understands how to run an efficient, profitable service department while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead all service department operations with full accountability for performance
  • Manage, coach, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the department
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
  • Manage and control direct departmental expenses
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as aย Service Manager in a dealership environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of service department operations, metrics, and workflow
  • Ability to hold employees accountable and maintain high standards
  • Toyota or Lexus experience is preferred, but not required
