Early Intervention
RI Physical Therapist
Looking Upwards, Inc is continually seeking outstanding Early Intervention professionals in multiple specialty areas.
Currently, we need a full time Physical Therapist. As a Physical Therapist at Looking Upwards, you should expect to utilize your clinical expertise, observe and evaluate children in order to diagnose specific physical or developmental delays and help create a plan of care which will utilize a variety of techniques in order to promote mobility.

Qualifications Needed:
  • EI Physical Therapist is required to have a valid PT license and be in good standing with the state of RI in order to be considered for this position.
  • 2+ years of pediatric experience
  • Must be willing to provide home based services throughout RI
  • Display strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to implement a coaching model when working with families
  • Able to work in a trans-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills
  • General computer proficiency

Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle. Prior to employment, successful candidate must pass BCI background check , National background check and DCYF CANTs Clearance
