Since Day 1, our client has based their decisions on the well-being of their customers and employees, which is largely responsible for their role as the go-to company for their product line. As a key factor in some of the most notable events in American History, they offer the chance to work for a top-rated company with state-of-the-art equipment. Currently, our client is looking for a DCS Controls Engineer to join their facility in Tennessee. Relocation will be provided for applicants moving to the area.

The current opening is for a DCS Engineer. Main duties include:


Maintain the manufacturing plant controls systems and instrumentation

Troubleshooting, configuring, and programming facility automation including DCS (Distributed Control System), PLCs, instrumentation, etc.

Implement updates and improvements to DCS systems and other plant automation/instrumentation

Work with other engineers and department managers to resolve automation issues


Qualifications for the DCS Engineer include:


Proven DCS experience, including programming

Experience with other automation (PLCs)

Knowledge of industrial instrumentation

Prior background in a chemical manufacturing environment or similar
